01 · The brief

Security is a skill, not a department.

Most breaches start with a gap in everyday engineering work: a leaked secret, an open bucket, a dependency nobody checked. Our clients wanted their own people to catch those gaps, not just an outside audit once a year.

So we built programs that teach security inside the work itself: in the pipeline, in the cloud console and in the code review.

02 · Curriculum

The areas we teach.

Each program is assembled from these modules and tailored to the client's stack and level.

DevSecOps
  • Security checks inside CI/CD
  • Secrets management
  • Dependency and container scanning
Module ii
Cloud security
  • Hardening AWS accounts
  • Least-privilege IAM
  • Logging and guardrails
Module iii
Secure software development
  • Common vulnerabilities and fixes
  • Threat modeling
  • Secure code review
Module iv

  • Single sign-on and multi-factor
  • Access reviews
  • Device management
Module v
Security operations

03 · How a program runs

From skill gap to working habit.

01
Assess

A short skills and environment review before anything is taught.

02
Tailor

Modules matched to the team's level, tools and cloud.

03
Practice

Hands-on labs on realistic systems, not slides.

04
Measure

A closing exercise and a written report for leadership.
